Shaun Adams
Born in Rustington and still lives locally, Shaun certainly knows the local area well. In 1991 he joined a large Worthing estate agency as a office junior and worked his way up through the business.
Shaun is extremely proud of Cooper Adams and gains immense pleasure ensuring every client is 100% satisfied with the service they receive.
A firm believer in providing first class client service through high quality marketing and property presentation, his philosophy is simple – treat others how you would want to be treated, with utmost respect and honesty.
Shaun is an active member of the National Association of Estate Agents and was the 1st local Estate Agent to be licenced by them. Shaun personally created the 1st Sussex Estate Agency website back in October 1999.
Richard Cooper
With over twenty two years spent in estate agency Richard has gained immense property selling experience. The majority of this time has been spent working for a large corporate agency in West Sussex.
With an approachable manner and strong focus on customer care, he is highly regarded by Cooper Adams' clients. So much so that he is very often recommended to clients' family and friends.
Richard thoroughly enjoys living and working in and around East Preston, Rustington and Angmering.
