When we photograph a property we don't just turn up and take 5 photos with a domestic cheap digi-camera, we use state of the art equipment - a professional top quality SLR camera, separate dedicated flash and a high spec wide angle lens; we carefully compose the image, trying different lighting, different angles and re-arranging furniture if need be.

Our professionally trained photographer has 20 years experience photographing property and we can easily take 50 - 100 ultra high resolution shots to select the absolute best ones which can be used for glossy magazine printing. Our photos then go through a rigorous post production enhancement process including improving lighting, blue skies, grass repairs, cropping, removal of high value items, levels adjustment, removal of temporary objects (bins, toys, washing, temporary signs etc). Within the property misdescription act - we cannot remove or alter any permanent items.
