Our branch office is located on a prominent corner position within the main shopping parade in Sea Road East Preston. The building was originally East Preston’s Village School - built in 1840, and used until 1951. We hope you will call in and visit!
East Preston
Is a pretty Sussex village which has retained its village charm and remains a delightful place to live, just south of the south downs national park on the coast; supporting a good range of local shops with easy access to nearby restaurants, with a wide selection of schools all within easy distance. There are sailing facilities along the coast and numerous golf courses within a short distance. The village is not on any through road and therefore is very quiet.
By rail/bus
The mainline station south of Angmering is less than a mile away from East Preston village centre with a regular service into London Victoria also serving Southampton, Chichester, Brighton etc.
The 700 coastliner bus travels through East Preston going along the coast to Brighton in the east and Portsmouth in the west. Going through Brighton, Hove, Shoreham, Worthing, Ferring, East Preston, Rustington, Littlehampton, Climping, Yapton, Bognor, Chichester, Havant, Portsmouth & Southsea.
By car
East Preston's village centre is approx 2.5 miles from the A27, approx 5 miles from the A24 and about 17 miles from the A23.
